About us
At Relax Therapy, we offer a range of holistic beauty treatments and complementary therapies which are bespoke to your individual needs. Liz uses her training and expertise whilst using natural REN Clean Skincare products, whilst in our tranquil treatment room will ensure you come away feeling relaxed and invigorated.
Liz Newman is qualified specialising in massage, facials, reflexology and Indian head massage and REN Clean Skincare. Previously working as a pharmaceutical Technician and Pharmacy Manager and always having a passion for healing people. Her strength is working with her clients on any specific issues where massage can alleviate and relax by offering a bespoke treatment. This bespoke service is what makes Relax Therapy unique - enabling her clients to live a more relaxed lifestyle.
About REN Clean Skincare
REN Clean Skincare, seemed the obvious choice to Liz when choosing products for her treatments. With results-led formulas with natural skin-beneficial bioactives, and no harsh or controversial chemicals they compliment and accelerate the treatments offered. As well as being kind to skin REN Clean skincare is also kind to the planet, cruelty free and made in the UK.
Relax Therapy is based in Hailsham, East Sussex and treatments can be booked to fit around your availability including evening appointments.

Really lovely lady and definitely very knowledgeable. Some massages are considered relaxing and a beauty treatment, my experience was for a trapped nerve in my neck. No miracle cure promised, but 1 hour later I was able to move and the pain was definitely easier. Was also advised to see my GP for painkillers and anti-inflammatory tablets.
